It's that time of year when we start to notice exactly what has been hiding underneath our winter clothing! Some people may be shocked at quite how much they have been neglecting their nutrition and exercise over the winter.


What you may not have heard of is that your mindset can completely sabotage your efforts to get fit and manage your weight, no matter how hard you try. Everybody knows what it is like to be uncomfortable in their skin at sometime or another, some people don't like they way they look, some people feel too heavy, and some people struggle with motivation or getting those extra kgs to leave.


The majority of the time there will be a 'program' running from your subconscious mind, it may be something that was installed a very long time ago, you may not even know its there. It will be sabotaging your weight loss/fitness routine. We see a lot of people that just can't understand what happens, one week they are motivated to change, eat really well and exercise, then the next week they are back to takeaways, comfort food and sitting on the couch.
